  • Legal form: DigitallPeek Ltd

  • Registered in: Cyprus (EU)

  • Contact: hello@digitallpeek.com

For this website and related communication, we act as the data controller under the EU GDPR.

2. What data we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Name, email

  • Details shared via forms (for example, “Request a session”, product and team context, challenges)

  • Information you share by email or during scheduling and collaboration

Usage and technical data

  • Basic device, browser, and page interaction data collected via our website platform (Framer) and Plausible Analytics

  • This data is aggregated and does not identify you as an individual

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health data or political views) through this site.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and process session requests

  • Propose dates and send invitations for video calls (for example, Google Meet or similar tools)

  • Prepare for deliver potential and ongoing engagements

  • Maintain simple records of conversations, proposals, and work performed

  • Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site so we can improve content and usability

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract / pre-contractual steps – when you request a session, ask for a proposal, or work with us

  • Legitimate interests – to run and improve our services, respond to messages, and use privacy-aware analytics, where this does not override your rights

  • Legal obligation – to meet accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

  • Consent – only when required (for example, if we offer optional updates or marketing)

5. How we share your data

We share data only with service providers needed to operate this site and our services, including:

  • Framer – website hosting and infrastructure

  • Plausible Analytics – privacy-friendly usage analytics (no cookies, no tracking of individual visitors)

  • Email and calendar providers – communication and scheduling

  • Video meeting tools (such as Google Meet) – for remote sessions, where needed

These providers act as processors on our behalf and are bound by contracts and security measures to protect your data.

We may also share data where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA (for example, in the United States).

Where this occurs, we rely on safeguards such as:

  • Adequacy decisions by the European Commission, and/or

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiries and session-request details: typically up to 2 years after our last interaction, unless a formal engagement follows

  • Contract, billing, and financial records: typically 6–10 years to meet legal and tax requirements

  • Analytics data: stored in Plausible in aggregate form only, without personal identifiers

When data is no longer needed, we aim to delete or anonymise it securely.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to:

  • Access – ask for a copy of your personal data

  • Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Erasure – request deletion in certain circumstances

  • Restriction – ask us to limit processing in specific cases

  • Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing

  • Data portability – request your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable

To exercise these rights, contact hello@digitallpeek.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our site may use essential cookies or similar technologies provided by Framer to ensure the site works correctly.

For analytics, we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that:

  • Does not use cookies

  • Does not track or profile individual visitors

  • Collects only aggregated usage statistics (for example, page views, referrers, device types)

Because Plausible does not set cookies or identify you, we do not use a cookie banner for analytics.

You can still control cookies in general through your browser settings.

10. Video sessions

When we hold sessions via tools such as Google Meet:

  • We use your name and email address to send invitations and meeting links

  • Calls are not recorded unless we explicitly agree to this with you in advance

  • If recording is agreed, we will explain why, how it will be used, and how long it will be stored

You may decline recording, and we will respect that.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, LinkedIn, external resources).

We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
